Our chefs constantly strive for the utmost quality in
all of our offerings. We use the freshest deli meats and cheeses; delicious, nutritiously prepared foods and salads;
lean and tender cuts of fresh gourmet meats and poultry; and the freshest and tastiest treasures of the seven seas.
All of our platters are unique creations developed by our chefs. It is our policy and pleasure, however, to modify any
of our platters to suit your preferences. Simply tell your Catalano’s catering representative what you would like and
we will tailor a tray just for you.
You may design your own menu by choosing individual items from this brochure. Or you may select one of our pre-designed menus
that includes appetizers, main courses, and sides. In either case, you may complete your event by visiting our award-winning bakery
and choosing the perfect dessert.
All our platters are priced per person. Deli platters include paper plates, napkins, forks, bread, and condiments. Eight person minimum, please!
All prepared food will go out cold unless requested hot. Please allow 48 hours notice!
It is our priority to meet your needs. We will do everything in our power to see that you are completely satisfied.

Are you a good cook, or would like to be but you find you just don’t have the time?
Then you’re a candidate for The Invisible Caterer.
Bring us your favorite silver platter and we’ll make an exquisite fruit tray; your Crock Pot and we’ll fill it with chili.
We’ll prepare a gourmet feast that will look to all the world as if you did it yourself. It’s our food, your plates.
If you don’t see what you want on this list, just ask. If you can imagine it, we can make it for you.
The Invisible Chef is our way of letting you serve the quality foods you’d do yourself, if only you had the time.
